The after-installation service is rather poor and the owner lacks professionalism in his response. When the vanity unit in my ensuite bathroom suffered the same defect twice and the vanity unit in the main bathroom did the same, I was accused of having jumped on the counter as that was the only way that could happen. I also had the three-month warranty thrown in my face. Maybe dont assume the worst of people.

Appalling customer service. Have to beg for a quotation. Used them before and had a similar experience. Clearly not interested which is surprising in an economic environment on the brink of a recession.
