Been here a few times. On each visit, Ive been the only customer and Ive received consistently bad service, every single time. The manager is more interested in his phone and the staff are equally unresponsive and disinterested in assisting. Im not sure if you need to look a certain way (like you have lots of money to spend) but irrespective, all customers should be treated with the same amount of respect, like those who have left good reviews have experienced.

What an absolutely awful website. The cart gets emptied after a few minutes so you cant spend time shopping. Repeat attempts to go back and create the shopping cart again resulting everything suddenly being out of stock. Completed useless. What is the point of implementing this if its not done properly?!

Just left Premier Homeware,Went with the intention to buy a DNA cold press juicer and left disgusted with the service. First the saleman : when we asked to see the unit (as there was only one in store) he told us not unless we intend to buy it. I told him i cant be sure unless i see it, and he said no, as he didnt want to repack. I asked a few questions about the product- he knew next to nothing.I then asked to speak to the manager.. n wow - he told me to go look around the shop for him. When we did we realized that the funny thing is that the manager/owner was within hearing distance of this conversation the entire time and did nothing.When approached he cut us off by saying leave it, il handle it my own way . Well duh. Isnt it your job to handle your staff ? But clearly you dont know how to treat your customers- no apologies - nothing. Needless to say we left without the DNA juicer- honestly would rather pay a few hundred more elsewhere. I can only imagine the after sales service.
