Mike has a small shop that focussed on swimming, cycling and running. After seeing numerous doctors with my running problems, I gave him a shot when I saw he was a retailer for a shoe I wanted. He offer a leg assessment service where he takes a closer look at your running style as well as all other factors that impact the way you run. I can happily say he has been the only person that could sort out my running injury without charging an arm and a leg. He also offers coaching and daily educational videos teaching athletes what to do and what not to do. I would recommend him to any person!

I was unsure of the benefits of having a leg assessment done to help my shin splints after a year of exhausting options with physios and sports doctors. Mike was exceptionally friendly and didnt rush through the appointment, taking time to answer my questions. It has been a little over a month since I went and my shin splints seem to be a thing of the past. It feels great to be running pain-free again.
