Belgravia gave my brother and I the red carpet treatment. Any reason to have jewellery custom designed by them is worth your time. They assisted us in the design we wanted to help fit my brothers budget + they had it ready before the set date that we asked for. I had my white gold eternity wedding ring reset by Belgravia in Greenstone. Before that i had gone to 3 other jewelers that quoted me literally double the price. The outcome of my ring was amazing as well as the service. I would really recommend them.

Bought my wedding band from them and my diamond FELL OUT and another diamond loose. They offered to replace it and get my ring fixed as it was a manufacturing default by the supplier. I got my ring back and it was still damaged. The loose diamond was tightened and is lying skew, the diamond they replaced was pushed down deep into the ring it looks like there isnt one. This was supposed to be something special I could look down at my finger and be reminded of the best day of my life. Now all I experience is sadness and regret from buying my ring from them.

Today after a bad experience in a few other jewelry shops, where I was almost broken down to tears trying to pick an engagement ring and being told its impossible cause Im a size G, we landed up in belgravia greenstone where we were invited and assisted straight away by a very friendly, well knowledge gentlemen, who could see straight away I walked in very upset, who then popped out for lunch, he left us with the jewelry designer, who designed me my absolute dream ring with their high end equipment at a good price and our expectations being having to wait 8 weeks for it, she will have it done in 11 days. We then paid and left the store where the lovely gentlemen got back from lunch and gave me a call to tell me I picked a beautiful ring and wanted to find out if I was happy cause I looked so sad when I walked in. Well done guys absolute awesome service

Highly recommended! After searching all over for six months for items for both my watches, I found Belgravia Jewellers. In a matter of minutes, the friendly and helpful staff were able to replace my watch strap and replace batteries for my second watch. They even made sure to take off the clasp from my broken strap and add it to the new strap because I loved the old colour so much! Thank you! You’re my go-to!

The assistance and communication we recieved from one of the the staff was so reassuring, especially during lockdown!
