The poorest service and the most cluttered agent in South Africa. Very disorganised, no proper Information System in place, illegal actions towards the tenant... Everything about them is extremely bad :(

It was horrible. In the sense that l was close to being homeless and looking for a place desperately. I was approved and Just when l was going to make a payment which was said to be zero percent deposit for a 2bed apartment on cnr nugget n fox,the agent girl by the name Princess called to say I have to pay full deposit. Told her to cancel it then she called again the next day to say she can reverse that. I still dont understand wat was going on. It was a serious inconvenience

Had an interaction with one of the agents, Dumisani, very poor service. Had to chase him for information and doesnt get back to you. Very incompetent. Poor poor service!!!
