The office phone never gets answered. The emails dont go through nor does the support ticket on the new system gets any attention.

Its being 8 months now and i get nothing out of Basadi Project after investing with them dont know whats going on! Anybody help

Good day Basadi managementI joined Basadi 3 weeks back up-to-date I have not received my login details, as a domestic worker whos really struggling to try and make ends meet, I wasnt expecting such service. I emailed you guys several times, what sup you 20 times in different numbers but all you do is read and ignore. this is not on guys.how is this going to motivate me? or how am I going to recruit others if the service is like this? I visited Basadi Afica Projects to understand better about their roots, development as women business people, how they got to be where they are and to get their legitimacy in the business sphere. The team I was with and I were warmly welcomed and briefed about the company. We left satisfied with the answers we received. We were impressed with how far the ladies had come and with their resilience. We believe that they have made a mark on the countrys business history and that they are good and worthy trailblazers.

Never reply to any messages via email, ignores whatsapp texts or replies after weeks, so many mistakes with my dashboard, wrong amounts in maturity, instead of investment growing keeps stating the first month of maturity, I tried so many times to get help but nothing, am really not happy with the customer service you are offering. At times it skips my maturity months and nothing is done no matter how much I make contact to fix this problem, even though the dashboard gets updated a week before my maturity date.

Ive joined basadi 27 April 2020 Ive never received any withdrawal, no money, response to any emails, phone calls, whatsapp, with more than 60 000 investment now everything went quite surely these are signs of being scammed.

I have invested two weeks ago and I never received login details or any response tried emailing and Watts app but no response.Please Basadi management this is hard earned money we investing to better our lives dont do this.I leave this in Gods hands.

It is Legit. Use whatsapp to contact and submit your pdf you shall get a respond promptly.

I opened an account on the 18th of December and still didnt get login details norr any kind of response I emailed several times, WhatsApp countless times and even called you and none of them where answered or any of my text responded yet you are online read and ignore this is unprofessional and demotivating can you please respond my text and emails please

This company is a scam after registering you pay and never received any feedback or log in details I have sent emails and whatsapp thy never respond , I will be contacting social media and radio stations to alert everyone its just like MMM and all this scam companies.

Its a Good project to invest in Legit its happening there They know how to welcome staff members as well.

When I send an email or Whatsapp they dont respond or respond late.Their service is very poor .I hope I wont experience such problems when I have to get my money .

Im not having any positive remarks on this company. My experience with them is thorny and bitter. I have claimed 18th days ago I wrote emails, watsup and phoning them no joy at all .money thats invested here turns you directly in to statistics of scammed people.Watch out!
