They are so responsive on their WhatsApp group and not a single ticket such as changing of SSIDs nor passwords exceeded a full business day. Every time it was resolved COB in that same day. I wanted to cancel a few months back, had a problem with the internet dropping and since I was going to work from home I couldnt have it drop again, spoke to a consultant on whatsapp, and since then it has dropped a few times but not for long periods, communication is quick even late at night they respond.
