Myvoip. Worst service ever. They dont send you a tech. They dont contact you. Thats when you are having problems. But if you want to upgrade. They call you under 5 min. They take your money every month but you are left without wifi. Worst service ever... i will never reccomend it to anyone..

I will never recommend the service to anyone 27th May I loged a query on telegram they asked so many pics only to say router is faulty said a technician will come over but no call or no show. Made another query via telegram adviser Said will look into an 20 mintes no message. Wen I stated I will log a complain then the adviser Mesages sayin wen the technician has time he will fit me in. But I have never been late not a month with my payments even wen towers was down for a week I hadnt complained an no compensation I really need my internet to work my son studying online just matter of changing the router but these advisers on telegram seems like they dont want to help.

One of the worst internet service providers in the overport area. More down times then anything els. So far everyday we had down time for a good few hours. Always have excuses of something or the other

Voip internet solution. Speeds arent great but they do offer consistent technical help and service through out the day and after hours. Sales team attempt to offer other solutions.Network can be slow, my setup was a 5mbps line with 1:10 contention, home speed test on a good day was about 1.3mbps, on an average day 0.3mbps - 0.8mbps. Some times 0.0mbps.This company does have true uncapped with no FUP, so streaming and such arent affected.

Dont get what you pay for. I got a 5mbps line, (1-20). Speed at most times is below 1mbps. Always buffering.

After having no Internet for a couple days and logging many queries, I was told that it must be my hardware and a technician would be sent out. Another 3 days went by without a word. I then got a call at 12 to say if I could be home in an hour they could help me. I work, so this did not work for me. I got nothing but attitude from both call centre agent and supervisor when I complained about this and another 3 days have since passed without a word from them!Awful service on every level!
