I hired Gabisa Interiors to redesign my main bedroom - curtains and headboard and colours. The design was fine. However, delivery took very long. The installment of the curtains damaged my walls - they never disclosed that they damaged my wall. The headboard was delivered in fabric I did not choose and a burn spot was on the fabric. Still no apology. When I showed the owner the agreed fabric on photos she herself sent me, and fabric that I saw, touched and agreed to, the she was rude to me. I agreed to pay her in full and move on.7 months later, I took down the curtains for dry cleaning, the cheap plastic small eyelids installed fell off. I discovered the covered wall damage. I called the owner to repair the eyelids. She gave me a runaround and deliberately and made sure she was not there twice when I arrived at the agreed time. I like to support small businesses, but never this one again with no integrity and very poor customer support.
