They are great at what they are doing

I applied for a flat December 2020 before Christmas holiday l submitted all necessary documents in time.l was told lm the fisrt and only one to apply the flat will be available for February occupation.Then came January on the 4 to finalise with deposit they brought the story that l was late. They offered me a list to look and choose available flats another story came up again they told me my salary of 12k is not enough to deposit a flat with 5500 rental declines.when l ask for my documents they say its miss placed now its month end l got another agent to apply l dont have a pay slip l have to wait to get the February pay slip. This is so disappointing after l have paid them a registration fee of R250.

This is the worst property management business, or business in general I had the displeasure in dealing with. They make mistakes on your account and lie about it. They feel it is fair to only respond to emails after 3 weeks, despite numerous follow-up emails. When you schedule a meeting with them, they make sure they are not at the office the time of the meeting. They refuse to send me my COJ bill.Disgusting level of service!
