After hearing Spicy Den on the best samoosa on 947, I went to this new branch and ordered a variety of samoosas with the samoosa dip. It was excellent as always. I will be back.
Incredibly friendly service and the tastiest curries and samoosas to match. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals each and every time weve eaten from this establishment. The store also offer a wide variety of spices and lentils to enable one to prepare meals at home. Staff are efficient and knowledgeable on the spices. Excellent customer service during each of my regular visits to this store.
Ordered a chicken bunny and lamb bunny, food is terrible. Don’t buy from here if you’re looking for an authentic South African Indian curry. It’s the worst.
Had the lamb bunny chow which was great. Samoosas are always great too!
The rice that theyve sent me is burnt and ROTTEN. I havent eaten nor thrown anything away because I want my money back. I was looking forward to this too. So disappointing.
In addition to the plethora of spices on offer this hidden gem makes delicious curry and samosas!
Chilli bites were inedible - rock hard and dry as overcookedLamb roti was the worst have ever had - lots of fat and bones with a soggy roti - and cost R104!Chicken roti was shredded chicken with a weak gravy - not at all like a proper chicken curry gravy.Very disappointing - wont be back Im afraid
I have been waiting for thirty minutes and still I have not received my samosas. People who arrived after me are getting their orders. Why is it so difficult to get samosas to the first customer that placed an order and why does it take thirty minutes to fry a few Samosas? Why are the staff not telling me what is going on?
Great quality food and friendly service
The Best Curries around
