Google Home setup as listed below:1. Download Google Home or Google Assistant app and register a google account.2. Set up a Google Home device if you have any.3. Click the profile setting in the bottom right.4. Select “Home Control” in Assistant title.5. A list appear showing actions and a search function to access more apps: from here, search “Smart Life” and link account.6. Input the your BNETA IoT app account and password, click “Link Now”.7. Once linked, it will show the devices linked to your account: you can assign them to rooms. You will be prompted to authorize apps to sync.8. Start to control devices via voice by saying the commands that will be listed in the app.

Very poor WiFi Range, I bought 3 NVRs and all having problems with poor wifi connection even up to just 15 m apart , ended up wiring up all 16 cameras via switches pushing the cost way more than doing a Hikvision IP cctv system. To top it all the 3 NVRs have hard drive problems. We are a top reputable CCTV company and therefor do not recommend this very unstable cctv security system.

Bought 4 camera from take alot and had an issue with 3 of not connecting, Niel from Bneta contact me with a solution, went out of his way to assist me and finally have working cameras, Thank you Niel for the support and the service you have given me, really appreciate it.

I bought one of their products saying it supports google home and Amazon Alexa, which is not true but other then that the product is ok but I only bought it because I wanted it to connect to my google home. I think it’s a serious issue that they say it supports google home but doesn’t do so.

Adolf was excellent when handling my warranty claim. Sadly, I cannot say the same for their reseller, Builders Warehouse Cape Gate, who sent me from pillar to post before swapping out the faulty unit.

Wow I just did a sterling review of this company but now unfortunately Im taking it back from 5 starts to 2 stars. As per my review:1. No more stock at Game2. Stock at Takealot doesnt even include the E27 and is limited.3. BNETA website gives internal server error when trying to place an order and then critical error when doing password recovery.Looks like their ecommerce presence needs a hell of a lot more work. Original review follows:----------------------------------------------Yeah I like this company. I particularly recommend their Smart Wifi lamps. These are well stocked in many outlets in SA like Game and Takealot, and it just works. Its also much cheaper than other options! Keep up the good work guys.

Bought their Body composition scale, and have tried to use it hundreds of times over the past 2 weeks. And could only get it to work 3 times in total. Complete waste of money.
