I was absolutely impressed with the service.I emailed them after hours and I received a response the next morning at 6h30am.I was kept informed about my order andI received great service from everyone.

Absolutely shocking customer service and delivery with ineffective staff and an owner. Will charge though the roof for early drop offs and top ups and they will be 3 to 4 hours late. Thanks for making my event a living hell and for making me a loyal customer to petrol station ice.

Awful experience with Ice for Africa. On a day that they close at 16:30pm I called to ask if I arrived at 16:28pm if they would still help me. The response was a huge sigh on the phone and then a very rude yes. I arrived before 16:30pm and the place had already been locked up and the lady on the phone simply walked past me. Luckily there were two wonderful female staff members who helped me. If it were not for these two, I would not be back again.
