I own a house in this complex. This is an ideal place for a family. Safety, privacy and tranquility guaranteed. Probably not a place for young men who are still looking to make noise like JpBooker who rated the complex low because they didnt allow him to make noise.The houses are offering a lot of space (big yard, braai space, some have swimming pools etc...)The complex tenants and house owner are very kind a good community of mature people with their families who need just tranquility, privacy and security.Very close to both Vorna Valley and Kyalami so you can access both sides shopping centers, malls and other facilities.

One reason for the rating-The people in the complex are very stuck up.I have friends staying there and one night we had some music on and had a braai.The next Monday the neighbour ran to the complex management to complaint.My friend got a warning.Other than that its nice and cozy.
