A nice and quiet spot in the Killarney area. Very accessible to the main roads but manages to block out all of the noise of traffic with the thick and tall walls.The apartments themselves are lovely and spacious with a modern touch to their design. Theyre well-conditioned and a perfect fit for young professionals.

Reception is friendly and helpful, the overall appearance of the building is stunning, once inside you forget you are in S.A. its lovely! So clean and peaceful.

Looks like a very well maintained residence. The rooms I have been in are nice and spacious. The wooden floors look well maintained. Top floor has a gym.

The place is conveniently located in prime property, with amenities, malls and different important places within 5-10kms. The hotel offers a gym, swimming pool, prayer rooms, round the clock security and a coffee bar. Secure, safe, comfortable and convenient, it offers peace of mind alongside luxury and high amounts of satisfaction. I highly recommend a stay here, for business or pleasure. Killarney Mall nearby also offers a wide array of shopping stores, including clothing,take outs and groceries, making it an easy place to access for all your daily needs. With a garage down the road and nice views, Splice Riviera is a prime and excellent place to be at.

This is not a hotel, used to be a hotel and the it doesnt look safe the barrier are too low which makes it too dangerous for kids to fall off

Beautifully crafted architecture, hosts a coffee shop, a gymn,a spa ,swimming pool area, very very secure , access control to housing units and 24 hour security at complex entrance,beautiful units.

The splice gym is beautiful private and comfortable. Candaice as Mendonca is one the most knowledganle and friendly personal trainers I have ever had the good fortune of training with.

Fairly safe hotel, a little run down looking from the outside, but not too bad. Theres enough parking and its close to a garage and Killarney Mall.

Safe and secure building with central location, has a pool , gym , basement parking, laundry as well as cleaning services. There is also a coffee shop at the reception.

Not clean (dirty walls, bathroom and floors) and no air conditioning . But staff very helpful. Ask for Bernard.
