Drs and nurses are awesome people, and do the best they can do with the limit resources that they have. The building has seen better days but they are busy fixing it. Also the beds and the linen had seen better days but clean. Everyday the floors are cleaned. But the biggest problems are the patients who are the ones that will drop anything on the floor and expect the cleaning staff must clean after them.

Typical poor government performance.
