Two days in a row I called to try and book a service. Yesterday the lady who answered immediately said, please phone back in 10 minutes. When I called again later that day the line was permanently busy. Today I phoned again, the same lady immediately says, please call back in 30 minutes. Theyll sell you a car but forget about any after sales service.Honda Bedfordview was fantastic! After they closed Im forced to go to this sad excuse of a dealership. I have half a mind to sell my car just so I dont have to deal with Honda East Rand anymore.

We visited this dealership a little while ago to have a look at what Honda bikes they had on offer. After a long chat with Andrew we arranged a test ride. He went out of his way to make sure that we were looked after.We ended up buying the bike we tested and the process was painless. Andrew and Busi were awesome and nothing was to much to ask. Busi is so on the ball.. Both are really friendly. We picked up the bike yesterday and again it was a dream. The only let down about this dealership is reception, really unfriendly and not the welcome you would hope for. Great job over all.

Honda motorcycle spares now has only one dedicated person. Walter is on his own, and doesnt even have a printer yet, so has to walk to the other spares office for quote hard copies. Will probably improve with time, but dont know what will happen if Walter is unavailable.

After booking for a service, you drop your car for them to maintain it. No worries if you have other plans while the car is been taken care of. They will drop you off and pick you up when the car is ready for collection. Top of the range waiting area with some refreshments. The technicians will go through the vehicles and if there is anything else that requires attention, they will give you a call to make you aware before taking actions. Friendly staffs who will ask all the relevant questions in order to provide you with the best service.Well done Honda! 👍

I bought a bike here.Upon entering the building the bike was on display with a big red bow on it that looked like it has been used and re-used since 2002.Waiting for the paperwork to be finalized the sales person pointed at the radiator on the bike and said this is the only accessory the bike is fitted with (The bike is liquid cooled - it needs a radiator).In the first week i had the bike i noticed 2 nails in the rear wheel, not sure if the staff took the bikes for joy rides AH.I have had the bike for 9 months now, in this time i had to replace the chain and sprockets, brake pads and the battery left me on the side of the road. Over 5k spent due to lack of maintenance on the bike this place sold me.Waiting for more issues to come from this bike so that my rating goes into the minus!!!!!!
