They have a clearance sale becos they closing down. I bought 3 boxes of a dinner service. When I opened them the next day the crockery was of very bad quality with lots of defects. They refused to exchange and showed me a small sign at the entrance stating its the customers responsibility to check. When we tried opening the boxes while we were there the one staff looked at us like we were doing something wrong so we didnt. Most dishonest people I have ever met. Almighty knows and they will be accountable for their dishonesty. Disgusted

It is against the law to sell defective or broken items. It is also against the law to refuse to refund or exchange these items. Your business license can be revoked. It is also highly unethical and against religious principles to engage in such activities.

Quick stop for cutlery, crockery, water bottles and limited amount of party supplies. Also have bedding, carpets (stunning some on the pricey side) and beautiful cookware. Some large appliances and furniture also available. Some well priced others pricey but thats subjective.

This is a HUGE warehouse of household stuff. The best part about this place is the carpets section. They have a lot of carpets & mats that you can choose from. Theyre also priced right & they do offer discounts on certain carpets.

Tiny Turkey with a wide range of home stuff. Definitely place for blankets and also kitchen ware but beware the carpets are very tempting. You will buy one or 5 ! I have seen the very same patterns in Morocco, Turkey, Iran, Egypt, Arabia from R1000.00. Yes it may not be wool or Persian but who wants a rug for 50 years. At these prices I’ll get one every year and for every room. Busy area but they have a massive parking lot and many trolleys. I hope they get some lanterns soon and more traditional side tables. Do not believe their advertising! I phoned to check the price of appliance, and was assured it was correct.. On arrival at store price much higher. Manager checked their site, discovering that I was correct, but refused to sell at advertised price.

An excellent home goods store, although not ideally located.

The store is massive and has everything under one roof, the challenge is that there are no assistants to help with relevant questions. You have to shout to ppl to ask about prices. Another this is the stire is not well air conditioned. It is very cold and the staff there must be suffering. You dont get to take time in the shop because the temperature is unbeatable...

Cheapest blankets I have ever bought

I bought a washing machine on 25 November 2017. Although out of stock, the item was offered to me at the special price. I was told by the sales representative that stock should be in by latest 18 Dec (three weeks from purchase date). I enquired on 18 Dec as the store didnt provide any updates (not in line with their terms and conditions stating that they will keep the customer informed of when stock will be received). The sales representative advised that stock has been delayed and in the harbour / customs? And that stock was expected the second week of January 2018. As at 11 January 2018 I had no other choice than to request a refund as the store clearly doesnt sell this specific item anymore (not even listed on their website) and didnt bother to notify me since my call to them on 18 Dec. I find it strange that a washing machine from Defy (South African brand) would be in the harbour. Yet all other outlets I checked online has stock of the specific washing machine.
