The service is excellent and they have all the parts you need.My RC needed i Pin gear replacement and the got on it right away. The only problem was shipping time delay because of covid. But they know rc cars very well so dont hesitate to take youre car here. Thumbs up from me.

Melissa provided fantastic customer service. Had to get a last minute gift and I received it well ahead of time.

Was not happy with the service, bought a car, needed advice on how to set up and fine tune but could not get advice, was told to come back on Saturday. Will give them another chance and hopefully will get better service.

Just completed a purchase from RC King for a battery and a charger for my sons radio controlled car. Melissa called me after the order had gone through, to let me know that the charger and the battery were not compatible, just in case I didnt know. She talked me through why I was buying that specific battery and charger, found out which car it was for and guided me thoughtfully to the right product and even some extra equipment I needed to prevent the battery from breaking by over discharge. Ive had so much trouble with this car up until now, and Melissa is the first person to help me understand how to look after it and what the right things are for the product. Superb service and real expertise in her field. I would definitely use RC King again, even though Im ordering from Cape Town. Prices are good, service is excellent and delivery was reasonably priced and on time. Thanks again Melissa!

Owners were very helpful in recommending the right vehicle for my son. The advice was really good as i compared it woth my own research. The pricing is also very good. Much better than the stores and also better than competitor websites. They even have a small store that you can go to on an appointment basis.The post sale service was brilliant. They even gave me free labor on a repair when my son broke the axle. They maintain an inventory of parts so spares are readily available.
