Very unhappy with the service if the office staff. Ive been trying since February 2020 to get assistance from the office staff to assist me. A family member of mine who attended the school and left, needs a document stating that he was present at the school with the company logo and stamp, as well as signed by the principal.Ive been trying for months and so has my family member and there has been no assistance whatsoever.We tried today and they brushed us off as if it was not important. This document is very important in order to register for further education. I am disappointed that they would treat someone who wants to better themselves this badly and not help. Weve been trying to get assistance for a year. Very disappointed.
