Wraps and Burgers are absolutely delicious. I have been ordering here for the past year and the team at Rosebank have been consistently delivering excellent quality food and customer service. Thanks to Zanele, Suzan, Pumedza and Drivers.. Keep up the excellent work. Attached are pictures of the Steak and Avo Wrap and the Normal Burger. I have been only using the Kauai App for my orders and purchase subscriptions which offer great savings on wraps, coffee and smoothies.

This brunch uses broken crockery. Its not good to serve food for sit-down in broken crockery. Also cutlery do not look good and need to be changed.

I had zero issues with my order and customer service. Staff were friendly, got exactly what I ordered. I ordered the Chipotle Steak wrap which was delicious. I also ordered the smoothie with all of the greens in it. Overall Im happy.

Went here to try the new burger, had the cheese one. Service was good and they made everything fresh in front of me too. The Burger itself was very tasty and fresh. Loved the bun, it was sturdy enough for the salad inside and not become soggy, but at the same time soft and fluffy to the bite. Good tangy hit from the salad to counter quite a meaty patty. The patty was medium (just perfect), charred on the outside too and moist inside. It was a nice thickness too, not one of those smashed burgers. PS: the burger tasted fresh after a while too, as I had this burger as a take away. Imagine if I had it hot then and there!All in all, a good, fresh tasting burger, which I would have again. Oh by the way, I also loved the way the wrapped the burger before packing it as a take away.

Quite disappointed. Used to be great. The smoothies were tasteless and felt watered down. And the wrap was also tasteless and soggy. Not rushing back here.

Firstly let me start by saying that this has been my go to place every time Im in Rosebank. Fresh food and loved their vegetarian options including their vegetable juices but recently the quality has dropped. Today I ordered 2 wraps and the normal burger. Burger patty is not well cooked ,pickles are not fresh and the wraps are dry.😣

Amazingly quick service. I was here over lunch and these people work like a well oiled machine. Definitely recommend this Kauai

The food is healthy and well presented and prepared. If you want healthy food while out, this place is an obvious choice.The seating is slightly uncomfortable.But the staff is friendly and the general feel of the restaurant is clean and bright.

If they open at the time as promised I might be able to write a positive review.

The service is good and the smoothies and wraps are healthy and tasty. The shop was not busy for the service that was offered. I think they can do better. The space for sitting in is a bit small but not bad for eating a wrap or drink a smoothie quickly.

Great food and great service

Staff were unhelpful, didnt listen to my order properly and after saying several times that Id be sitting down, still gave me take away items. So much for trying to cut down the carbon footprint.Also playing loud, wailing gospel music. Very unpleasant experience.

Im a regular at Kauai and I frequent many of your stores daily. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the service I received from Kauai Rosebank, I was given the wrong order and the staff were not very friendly.

Service is a bit shaky sometimes, could do with some order as to who’s next etc. I felt like I was jumping the que because I didn’t know who the ladies wanted to serve next. Although I always enjoy the food here and the shakes are delicious! Healthy and yummy, so definitely the best combination yet.Seating is slim, but seems perfect for the amount of people that visit the place.

Ordered a power oats breakfast, Found what smells like pork in my oats? Really disappointed. Oats and pork doesnt go well together. Would like a this order to be collected and my money refunded.Update:Came out its chicken and not pork - irrespective, It doesnt go well with Oats and i dont know if it was boiled with the oats or not, i have no idea how it got in there. Thanks for the quick response and apologizing.

Why do you insist on giving out plastic knives and forks for deliveries! Especially when I say no to them on Uber or Mrd?! Clearly have no concern for the environment!

Worst experience when using the app to order ahead. You will get there to be asked what you ordered where the slip for your order is right there in the counter.They will mess up an order if you have requested no dressing. Better when you order there even though it’s not that great as they sometimes burn the wrap.

I love having healthy options when Im out. They cater very well to any vegetarians and I love the variety in food. Their smoothies are amazing!

The customer service is great, but the food taste is very inconsistent! One day you buy a wrap and its properly done the next day its not, with wrong ingredients and no flavor. They also always getting orders mixed up!

Although the menu and store has changed drastically from its early days, Kauai is still the go-to restaurant / take-away for healthy food and drinks. Their vegan smoothies are delicious and their partnership with the Discovery Vitality Active Rewards programme makes me a regular customer of this establishment.

Service is good, seating available, its laid back. Its suddenly not daunting to eat healthy, its not a mission. You can eat out and healthy at the same time.

This place sucks.. Ordered food.. Waited for 30mins only to find out that they ran out of ingredients.. Food quality is also inconsistent and they mess up orders quite frequently! Not worth anymore! Nu is much better!

Nice big Kauai with a make your own salad section. Was disappointed in the cleanliness as the counter was covered in bits of food that noone seemed interested in cleaning up. Not good for a place that serves food and not like most other Kauais which are normally very neat and tidy.

Repeatedly get my orders wrong whether through Uber Eats or over the counter exempli gratia I order an americano and discover a cappuccino.Portion size for their protein breakfast wrap has substantially decreased this past year. Cost-saving strategy?Well if they want to save so much costs, Ill just save them the effort and buy anywhere else. Ive liaised with managers and staff and did my utmost best to stay civil and negotiate basic service and getting what I paid for. Gatvol.

By far the worst Kauai Ive been to. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come here the service is slow and very unfriendly. There is always something wrong with my food when it is eventually done. There is no one at the till then a lady eventually comes from the back holding a bowl of greecy food that she is eating with her fingers doesnt wipe her fingers before taking my order and handing me the slip with gross fingerprints on it. She then walks away to continue eating her food and there is no one making my order. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Service can be a bit slow. Food not always great, at times the wrap is burnt. Ordering ahead with the app seems to be more time consuming. Sometimes your order gets acknowledged as you get there and people ordering at the place after you get their order before you.. Not sure they are used to the app as yet

Organic and healthy eating. There is a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu. The food portions are big and filling. This branch is halaal which is a bonus

I wonder how they make money. 6 employees and 4 customers but it takes 10 min for a coffee to go.

Only taking cash. Parmesan salad had bread cubes not croutons and small quantity of low grade parmesan overripe tomatoes and some dodgy spinach leaves.

I enjoy KAUAI anyday, the smoothies are delicious and it is a perfect place to get something to eat after a workout session.

Food and smoothies are quick to come of the line. Prices are over the top but if you have a voucher its affordable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on all the items.

Very poor service when sitting down. The staff ignore you while you wait to place your order. Then the just shout down your order and you are expected to go and fetch it. Even Nandos delivers your food to your table when you sit down. I felt unwelcome...as if I am interrupting their conversation

Poor poor delivery service. Initial order arrived incomplete. Had to call in three times to get them to deliver the rest of the order. When the order arrived, it was STILL incomplete. Do you not check before making a delivery???????????

Really enjoyed the chipotle wrap and the berry dairy smoothie both of which were recommended by Cathrine. She was very friendly and helpful.

The store is understaffed and it shows when you sit there and wait for 30minutes for a smoothie, not only that but it takes 10minutes just to place your order. The owners should really cosidcon upgrading their operations and increasing their staff. Lots of unhappy customers sitting in the store as well.

Ordered my meal and waited 20 mins while 7 staff members stood around chatting to each other as pointing and starting at me. Eventually after waiting another 10 minutes I got my order with a unhappy glared from all the staff and no apology. Terrible service !!

Good food terrible staff.Common issue Im having In JHB, I dont have much to complain about other than the staff they are not friendly and and very slow.

I had a takeaway LCHF Cacao Cream drink. It was totally tasteless and watery and really Yuck. Banting/LCHF food/drinks are is the most appetizing that you can find. To have a watery drink (it wasnt even milky/creamy) is simply unacceptable and definitely not LCHF. You could add some Xylitol, coconut cream / fresh cream.
