The building is beautiful, clean by the reception area though not on the floors. The noise levels are the same as those of student res. AFHCO customer service at their head office, ranking -1, consultants help you as if they are doing one a favour, level of professionalism in what they do is really non-existent, just beside the sweet welcoming reception lady.

One of the most beautiful apartments around the city; but lacks facilities like entertainment area, kids play area and their rules are ridiculous. No visitors after 10pm or before 9am. Visitors needs to bring identity documents, otherwise they wont be allowed entry. If another tenant lodges a complaint about you, youre given a last written warning without giving your side of the story.

Nice Place to stay, not bad. The noise levels though, can sometimes be an issue, some people just dont listen. U just have to be lucky to stay on the right floor.

Perfect location and perfectly designed but badly executed and having stayed here for more than a year Ive found that this building has a lot issues. No privacy because of the low cost materials they used to separate the units (cardboard walls) your neighbors can hear your movements and vice versa. Higher noise levels on inner facing units. Pricing does not make sense considering the sizes of the units. Billing statement does not make sense and has limited payment history details. Parking is limited and so youre forced to park outside. AFHCO provides car security but unfortunately my car still got some parts stolen on it twice while the security was on duty. Parking inside the building is also ridiculously priced. Building manager is decent over he will 9/10 times refer you to head office if you have an issues. Head office is closest thing to useless as you will find. Service very bad!

Enough parking space for all tenants would be great its not safe parking your car outside at all, either then that great place definitely love it

Its very safe and close to a lot of food places as well as most ATMs. Its opposite Edgars and most stores are within walking distance.

Pretty decent and safe housing. And surprisingly quiet for a place located in the CBD.

Poor living expirience, wouldnt recommend it. Plus it is managed by Ahfco
