One of the nurses administering the covid vaccine is so rude! I was so excited for my second dose and she spoiled the whole experience! She held the syringe in her first and literally stabbed me. Teach her some manners and social skills. Will not recommend clicks for the vaccine. Go somewhere with professional, friendly staff.

Rather cut your own leg off with a blunt knife than go here for anything. Struggles to get a refund even though I have a slip

This must be the worst clicks I have been to, also the worst shop at Rosebank Mall. Unfriendly and not helpful staff. They do things at their own leisure. Items not in stock, they not even sure of what they stock! Not willing to look either. Poor performance 😖

Ha ha your vaccination facility is a joke.

Usually their service is very good but today no one seems to be answering the phone. Could someone please pick up the phone. I have tried multiple times on different numbers.

I was at Clicks Rosebank mall late afternoon at about 5 pm.On the door there is an instruction that says they take limited customers at a time.therefore the doors were closed.I waited outside format turn only to be lied to by a security lady saying its closed .I waited outside two people came after me she let them in.when I asked her why she said I am a Kwerekwere (foreigner)in South Africa.After I had bought my medications I went to the management and advised her that I will escalate the matter.I also approached her and I told her that I have her identify I will report the matter.She forced her self into my pocket trying to take away my phone then she forced her self towards myself and the 8 month old baby while I had a 7 year old by my side intimidating me as she wanted to attach me the management and my partner helped me out for she was ready to attach me.Is this the service you offer at Clicks together with fidelity Security services.Please let me know so that I can escalate the matter too.i need your response in writing.

Lebo from the dispensary displayed excellent customer service. The systems were offline yet she was so helpful when I called in. She even took down my cell number to call me back when they were back on. This is service on another lever. Thank you Lebo, we need more people like you...
