The store wont open on time because the pharmacist is late for work... How does that work?

The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The make up assistants went out of their way to help me today and the store manager should be proud to have them on board.

Im so disgusted in your store that I will never put foot in there again and nor will my family or friends!! I ran in last week with my granddaughter who had been stung by a bee and was showing signs of being allergic. I asked for help from the pharmacists who just looked at me, was told by some random person to try the nurse. I asked her for help and with out even getting off her chair she said go to a Hospital and then ignored me. I half carried my granddaughter out without any help from anyone, they just stared at me. What sort of people work there? Im disgusted

Great when a store says open at 8am on a Saturday but staff waiting to get in at 8:15am still. Online they show as opening at 8am and even on the door. As per usual with this Clicks they love wasting peoples time.

Always a long queue at pharmacy and orders are often incorrect. Frequently see staff in stock room (door is often left open) wearing masks under the chins instead of on their faces. Do not recommend unless urgent.

They do not answer the phone...tried constantly, no answer

They dont answer any of their extensions which is very irritating as I have to go a considerable distance to collect an order and I needed to check if it had arrived. Dialled 7 times. No answer.

50min wait for medication! Absolutely disgusting people standing around like animals clicks is NOT a government dept... and need to fix their dispensery.... This is not fair that self medication people have to wait and be punished cos of the lengthy process of dispensing prescription medication .Clicks can learn from Diskem on how to do it properly!!!!Disgusting!!!!!

Ridiculous...11 customers waiting, 4 pharmacists behind the counter but only 1 serving clients.

Dont waste your time...the dispensary terribly inefficient.

Absolutely horrendous - an hour to get a prescription dispensed and I was 4th in queue. Every time I come here its like this. AVOID if possible

Worst clicks ever. My wife and I walked out yesterday after we enquired our card points. Cashier ignored us and stank of booze. No name tag either. Big surprise the manager wasnt in store. Will go to Discem from now on.

If you want to post online that your Trading hours are 08:30 then you best open at 08:30 . You are wasting peoples time .Unacceptable

Worst clicks ever. Their specials boards are forever placed onthe incorrect specials item, when you take them up on it, the staff becomes rude. No customer service. I will never buy from here again!

Very poor customer service. They dont answer the telephones. Prescriptions not dispensed correctly!!!. Every month its an ongoing issue!!!

Incredibly long wait times. I have counted 8 pharmacists who are just looking at customers waiting. There are 2 open counters and 6 closed counters.

This place has the most amazing, freindly, efficient, helpful and competent pharmacists I have ever come accross. Every single one I have dealt with have the most amazing dispositions and treat people like people and not like some inconvenience. Hats off to all of you!

Horrible waiting queues at pharmacy. Not even half of the counters open. Staff makes it clear that its not priority to assist customers quickly to get the queue shorter. On top of it all, I need to explain to the pharmacist what the script says and then provide spelling classes as the difference between a G and J is not obvious. This is actually scary.

This is probably the worst clicks Ive been to, I asked for choline and the pharmacist looked at me like I was from Mars,no idea what it is.

Much improved with the new ticket system, still too few pharmacists on duty at a time, Revlon stock doesnt include all shades and baby formula is placed in the sun.

Upgraded store with monitored pharmacy service, the new store is well appointed and their is also clinical services offered during the weeek

Friendly, efficient prescription execution. For SARS print tax year of historical script medication they execute request immediately.

I went to the clinic for baby’s vaccines. The nurse was very hospitable and went out of her way to help. It was Nurse Govendor.

Wait is long at Dispensary. Small Clicks, not a wide variety. Otherwise clean.

This pharmacy is open 24 hours, so if you have children this is a good location to keep in mind for nights when they get ill.
