Good service,kind workers and they communicate with the customers.They dont have long ques,they treat people with respect older people get a chair to sit down while theyre scanning.I highly recommend you to visit there.

This Clicks sucks. You wait and wait and wait and wait. Just do yourself a favour and go to Dischem.

One of the cashiers there just tried to scam me by scanning my items multiple times. I am disgusted

So this is not the first time I had to turn back home and go back to clicks at a later time because they work flexi hours it seems. No time schedule on the doors. On the web it currently shows that they are open, just to be told its a holiday, we only open at 9 with no notification on the doors. There were times they had to open at 8 and the customers were kept waiting until 15 minutes after opening. This is also the only store in the thia shopping mall that obviously does not have a backup generator when loadshedding occurs. Whilst other stores operate, the customers at this store are kept waiting and waiting for systems to start operating again. Please prioritize your customers and get these small matters fixed instead of waisting our time and fuel !

Pharmacy never answers the phone ...Always take unnecessarily long to get meds...I have asked to pre-pack our repeating scripts and to receive a message when it is ready to be collected... every month it is the same story no message and the script is not pre-packed. And for some reason their staff are not competent enough to sort this out.Always a stock issue as well ... I have not been to this pharmacy once that they had everything I needed... always end up going to Dischem afterwards to go buy the items they did not have in stock.HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE

As per web site.. There is a clinic with clinic times advertised... This is completely incorrect... There is no clinic. They do not have a generator so they close during outages... Very disappointing

Pharmacists and their assistants clearly did not have any service training. Addresses clients as this guy. Refused to assist even though they had more then 3 people behind the counter. Asked for assistance and was just told I am busy. I hope that NOXOLO RANUGA does not assist you. She will make you feel degraded, and will ruin your day. I hope that she gets the training the manager promised me.

Why do we need to spend ages in a que for medicine? Doesnt help you have electronic que systems yet your staff takes forever to assist people.

Pharmacy section useless and do not order unavailable stock. Blame suppliers, but other outlets say no such thing. Rather obtain medicinal supplies fron Dischem.

Dont know if we will ever get assisted or not. The pharmacy queue keeps growing longer and longer while no one is attending to us as customers. Been sitting here for the past 20 minutes. Ridiculous service

A pharmacist was extremely rude and the notification/alert system to collect medication is not reliable. I missed a month due to the faulty system and when raised with the pharmacist she replied: clearly you dont need your medication and no attempt to fix the problem.

You can never get ahold of the pharmacy on the phone.

Convenient and close and less costly than other cosmetic and health franchises, well run!

Friendly and patient staff. Well stocked store and pharmaceutical range.

Staff are really slow and you will spend ages in line at the over the counter section.
