All I wanted was the dove on promo. Instead of explaining properly why I couldn’t take the singles as the promo is(62,99) for 8*100g) which is usually in a pack of 4(which they don’t have stock of).But no the cashiers think the customer is a joke, the manger KEAN MCEAN, and I don’t care if I spelt it wrong is confidently laughing at me along with one of the cashiers right at the cash desk, as I speak to the cashier! Appalling! Sies man !!

Store was clean, shelves were stocked well. Staff was efficient and helpful, very friendly and courteous.

Received my meds very quickly delivered at my doorstep

Shocking experience from the Pharmasist to the cashiers. No manners and no care given ever!

I had to spend 30minutes in the store to spend R29. On top of that, I was not allowed to buy it if I did not provide my address and Id number. For that amount of effort, it is hardly worth R29! Or my time!

2nd time round I had a pharmacist deny me my medication, while refusing to provide a reason why she claims my prescription is invalid. Telling me I have to go back to my specialist and tell him he knows what he did wrong Absolute disgrace to the medical profession

Worst when it comes to dispensing medication. Even though I called to order beforehand, still had to wait in a queue to collect and they got the meds wrong!! Again! I always have a problem with Clicks...am now moving my business to Dischem.

Terrible! Queued for ages to get medication and in the end wasnt even the correct medication!!Unmotivated staff and everything felt like so much effort for them.Would never recommend this place ever!

The worst service and the worst selection of items. Ucount never works here as well.

What terrible service, phone twice to find out something, twice they put the phone down on me, i also had to wait about ages before they answered to call. Imagine what it is like actually going in their?? Must be horrible

Awful surly service from the male pharmacist on duty on Sunday afternoon. Cashier told us there were no points to redeem when we know there are quite a few points on the loyalty card. Will definitely not go back there!

Would give less if possible. Horribly slow and bad service given in a rude manner.

Dont bother trying to phone the dispensary they dont answer, dont bother going there unless you really into standing in queues and wasting time
