The Mica branch is at Clubview Corner. Had a very bad experience there this afternoon trying to purchase patio furniture. Paid for it. Asked someone to secure all the screws on the table legs. Pieter came. Did not know how. Someone else came. He was called away. Then Pieter was called away several times to assist with small purchases. Giya kept on disappearing. She seemed to be in charge. After about an hour later, Pieter seemed to suspect there were screws missing as the table legs kept on wobbling, but he did not seem to know what to do. The last time he was called again to assist some other shopper, and again forsake my purchase, I got up and requested a refund as I was not being attended to. The service at this branch is terrible. If they continue as is, you will be losing more customersMrs M. Hefer
