Do you ever go into a place and they make it quite clear that THEY are doing you a favour to let you in..let you shop there.. let you ask them for any help etc..no? ...you dont know that feeling? ...pop into any mica and you will see what I mean!Also dont be surprised if you find plenty of stock that clearly doesnt sell but the popular stuff that you are looking for is sold out..but dont worry .. they will just distribute the other stuff in the hope that you will make a plan with it.In the same (lame) league as most Builders Wherehouses...yes.. that spelling is intentional!

Sad to say, the price of items been sold here are really expensive, their are so many other smaller hardware stores in this area and are way much more cheaper also quality of items sold, are of a better standard

I have been a regular place at this store and the team on the ground assisting customers are amazing.... I have always been assisted with a smile and enthusiasm. The management however are unfortunately not as friendly with the exception of Greg.The guys on the floor though.... hats off to them. They are the reason I keep coming back.

Not a bad shop. My issue (not their fault) is easy access into the shop other than a long walk from the farthest parking area. If one has issues going up and down stairs, or walking 30m+... Hmmm

My husband always finds what he needs here and we live in the area. His last experience was not that good as he experienced terrible customer service. It was very surprising as we have been shopping here for a few good years and most staff know him. Hopefully it was just once off and they continue being friendly and helpful

One of the best Mica stores. Staff know you by name and they are friendly and efficient. Well-stocked and if they dont have what you need they will order it and phone you.

You get almost every hardware stuff there and there is a loyalty points card as well. Service is outstanding
