If you want BAD service go to Romeo and Juliet,Did Foux locks a month ago went back to unplate it as the Lady advised that when I want to take them down I must come back to her upon my arrival Lady had an excuse that she is waiting for a client . The lady who assisted me shaved part of my hair OFF, the manager doesnt know what he is doing aswell when I showed him the damage he told me the way they can fix their mistake is to cut my hair!!To 😡think it used to be one of the best hair salon in Southgate its shameful how this salon has lost its reputation.

Went there for my lashes on Saturday (27 March). I explained to the lash tech what I wanted and that I wanted long and voluminous lashes and when I opened my eyes, my lashes were so short and I almost couldnt see for an hour due to the glue that went into my eyes. I also indicated that I only wanted a fill but then the lash tech proceeded to do a new set which she insisted on and I had to pay R350 instead of R200. My eyes still hurt and Im probably going to get an infection due to the amount of glue residue that went into my eyes. Please contact me as soon as possible or you will be receiving a letter of demand. Thank you.

I went to the Salon two weeks ago wanting to do my nails but started by asking for their prices and the disinterested responses and plane profiling turned me off. I ended up going to a different establishment and was treated with respect and professionalism not judged for what I was wearing at the time.

Not entirely impressed. Therapist does not pay attention to detail with the nails. Finish underneath was not good and the nails were not same size and not smooth.
