Dr Ismail has been my gynae for the past 7 years. He came highly recommended by a friend with the birth of my daughter. I was NOT in the least disappointed. He was professional. Made me comfortable with whatever decisions I made. Best of all, he was pro-natural birth! After my babys birth, I experienced multiple blighted ovums, he was right there to assist, always giving me hope. Sadly, I am now pregnant and he has retired from deliveries but the doctor taking over his patients is very much like him. I am glad to have had Dr Ismail as my doctor. I wish him all the best.

This has been my gynecologist for 7 years and i must say this is the best doctor ever. Not sure what Im going to do if his no longer there....

One of the most unprofessional services I have ever received.Waited over an hour for the doctor to arrive to his practice, had my first scans done which I didnt even receive pictures of as well as being informed he would not be able to assist with deliveries due to a shoulder operation however upon checking previous reviews seems this excuse has been given for over a year.It is quite disheartening that you pay over R1600 for a consultation however cannot get the full service you are paying for, even worse he refers you to another Gynecologist who also cannot do deliveries therefore how can he with a sound mind refer you to someone he hasnt even discussed deliveries or patients with.

It was my first time seeing a gynea and I was super nervous. Doctor Ismail and his staff made me very comfortable.

Not very impressed, Dr Ismail came highly recommended. However, right after doing the check he advised us that he cant assist because he is going for a shoulder operation and will be unavailable for the next 6 months. Why agree to see us and charge us R1800 for the first consultation session if you know you cant help us? We felt ripped off.

Dr Ismails office runs like a well oiled machine, with various activities conducted while you wait to see the Dr. This cuts down time spent by Dr asking the basic questions and measuring things and gives you more time to discuss your own worries and concerns with the Dr. He is very thorough and explains very clearly.
