Our stay was completely horrible. The rooms are ridiculously tiny and extremely cold. The bathroom has problems, specifically the toilet. There is no microwave, no kettle, just teabags for decor I guess. The breakfast is beyond basic and tasteless. This place is expensive for no apparent reason really cause only the outside is pretty

My room was very small, bathroom badly designed. The DSTV wasnt working since it was not paid up, upon arrival the two ladies could not figure out how to use the card machine. I suspect they were new. This guesthouse has so much potential given its location.

It is my second time here. The last time I had a good experience. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. This time around I have been given a room infested with ants. The floor carpet is sprinkiled with some sort of sand. The bath tub has a whole on the side. I reported all of this, but for some reason I am being ignored... day 3 and my floor is still sandy.

By far worst experience. One morning I was waken up by one of the staff to ask me for transport money. Another day, when I get back in my room, there is a big finger nail/toe nail on the bathroom counter next to my toothbrush. The night before my departure, I am waken up to be asked if I payed, which I did from my first day (luckly I kept receipt). Aircon not working(I asked to be fixed, again no help). Tv only had SABC3 and that blurry. I tried to get hold of the owner or manager with no response from email or phone call. In the morning of my departure the house was locked had to wait until someone opens so I get out. I cant imagine how people get out in case of fire. Still waiting for my invoice after 2 emails.

Not as pleasant as I expected. The food portions are too small.

Magelevendze is a nice place to stay.no problem.and the place is safe

No clean linnen. Moths in the beds. Food cold and not served together
