Had the worst experience today. The store barely had anything. The smell was disturbing. Makes you wonder how old the food is. The service was also ridiculous. Been to this store a while back and didnt have such a bad experience. Wonder what has changed. But now never going back again. The one star is cos I have to rate something.

Veg is usually limp and dried up. The 2 stars is only because of the good quality of the butchery. Thats a thumbs up.They need to jack their game up on the veg and fruit department.Shop is clean. Well laid out and inviting. But the main aim is fresh fruit and veg and in this regard they miss the point totally.

Clean and tidy store with fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and other produce. Set in a good mall with ample parking and other eating places, this is a great place to get all your nutrients from the best type of food. Team onsite and manage must keep up the good work.

Best food lovers so far, they sell plantains and other really good fresh produce. They customer service is also on point, the manager is always available to pick up queries. Keep it up guys!

It is one of the better branches but had a very poor/sad fish section. Staff are very pleasant especially Michael in the butcher section. The ready made meal and salad sections have been empty to a certain extent over the past week.

As fans of the brand this one of smaller stores. It is clean, convenient and well stocked.We found the staff to be very friendly and efficient with the butcher assisting with freshly cut meat that is not in the refrigerator.

In comparison to other Food lovers markets they are the worst. Barely have any specials and their produce is hardly ever fresh. From wilted spinach to over ripe pears. Wont even get started on the service, cashiers are rude added plastic bags without my request and when I asked for the price of a product before scanning it she just ignored me and went on to add it to my payables. Only ever go when I am desperate.

Clean, fresh vegetables and fruits. The facility itself is very fresh and welcoming. But I was disappointed to find the banana bread finished, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The next time I find the Banana bread, I will upgrade my rating.

No clean basket or trolley with basket. Big trolleys stuck to each other? How should we be shopping? Quality and service inside was good.

Great selection of produce and groceries. Especially love their half-price pizza Thursdays, great variety and very appetising. The Loft upstairs is the icing on the cake, can double as a sports bar or an affordable, relaxed eatery.

Went on Sunday and found guy at biltong department sound asleep ,the lady who did help was sweet tried phoning and emailing for a special bakery order but no joy as yet

Good variety and quality. Price decent as well. The loft upstairs is a great place to have a snack and drink and meet friends. Ask whats their daily special.

I prefer the Centurion branch. Every time I visit this one theres always rotting fruit on the shelves, which makes no sense and the cashiers look at you like youre crazy when you for a box instead of a plastic bag.

Butchery is absolutely useless, they take your orders with no intention to have them ready ontime. They cannot even get basic cuts right.

Ask three staffers the price and you get/I got three more or less amounts.One Well, no, the owner, he ís the manager, and he is not here, and no, no-one else, and two dirty looks later, and that empty trolley blocking the entrance, it, it was mine.
