My Fiance was there for an appointment today at 9:45 with Dr Moyo. She went into the room, the doctor was on a call, did not ask any questions wrote a script and was told the consult is done. This is extremely unprofessional, the Doctor has an obligation to hear a patient and know what they are treating before diagnosing. This doctor should be disallowed to treat any person if this level of professionalism is conducted with Patients.

The biggest downfall of this medical centre will be the unprofessional receptionists, they need to be taken for training. They dont pay attention to detail, they dont pay attention AT ALL!!!! They need to be trained so they know that theyre working with a vulnerable audience unlike other receptionists. Theyre unwelcoming, rude, unprofessional and very inefficient WITH NO PHONE ETIQUETTE!!!. Ive had to literally follow up by myself as sick as I am battling Covid-19. Even after supplying your patient information youll still have to supply this information a 100 times just 5 seconds of giving the receptionist your details. I waited for over 3 hours for them to return my call after calling in this morning. I called back after 3 hours and spoke to the doctor, after waiting for another 3 hours for a script the doctor asked them to send me I was told to wait again with the receptionist telling me how they havent had a break and that they dont have a TAT of when theyll send a script the doctor prepared just after 11:00 and its now 15:20. She went on and on about how Ill wait and that the scripts will come when it comes. When she eventually sent the script it was sent to a wrong email address(this was discovered after I called again just after 16:00) when she got the email address right the email had no attachments. I called in again, the script came just after 17:00 and all the pharmacies had closed, I had to battle diarrhoea through another night due to their inefficiency. Very unprofessional!!!!!!

This guys here dont use card systems for payments, they want you to bring cash .They put peoples lives in danger bcs they can get robbed anytime. Secondly they are bringing those Nigerian systems, pay first before you see a doctor...how do I pay you before service, is that even allowed 🤔. Lastly your receptionist is very rude

Owing to the current state of the pandemic, I walked into this medical center extremely nervous! To my surprise, I was met with extremely friendly and welcoming admin staff in a very spacious and sanitary environment. They were reassuring and professional.I have now visited twice, being attended to by both Dr Shams and Dr Goldberg. I would honestly recommend visiting them for excellent medical care. The manner in which they conduct the consult as well as make recommendations and give medical advice is comprehensive yet concise. Exactly what I needed.

I use this doctor quite often because its close to where I live but I honestly hate the waiting time. Why do we have to book appointments just to wait for 45 min plus. My son is ill and we had an appointment for 12:45 and its 1:30and I am still waiting.I am really frustrated and I wish I did not have to wait this long.

Dr Shams and Dr Goldberg are amazing! I am a doctor, but still these guys are honestly the best! Clinic is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. Will always come back.

The receptionists are rude and noisy. The waiting for assistance is ridiculous, they tell you to make an appointment, but you wait forever to be assisted.

From all the doctors there, the top ones, when available, are Dr Goldberg and Dr Shams herself. Absolutely phenomenal!!!

What is the point in calling to book for an appointment when you arrive you have to still wait in line.

The Indian dentist at this centre is the worst with her assistant. The customer service skill is lacking, they don’t greet, they washed my teeth as if it was a forced favour.

I have visited the practice for more than 5 years. Dr. Shams has been my GP and she is brilliant. I recently went there with my niece and were attended to by Dr. Goldberg. As young as she seems to be, she dealt with my nieces condition dilligently and even made her feel comfortable going there again. She was kind, caring and on top of her game!!. She is brilliant and I will recommend her anyday.However, I must also register my dissatisfaction with the receptionists. They are rude and unprofessional and they dont have the patients interest at heart!!. It is really disappointing that as the face of the practice they have no clue about about customer service.

Dr Goldberg and Dr Shams are brilliant. They put their client satisfaction and happiness at the forefront of everything that they do. I always leave their Practice feeling well informed and assisted. I always go here for anything health related.The minimum waiting time is about 30 minutes, even if you have made a booking.

The doctor was okay but the receptionists are unfriendly, it looks like you are bothering them and when I wanted to pay for my appointment I was barely acknowledged, so I think my next appointment will be somewhere else

Started seeing Dr Mariam Sham when my lo spiked a fever overnight last year. Her professionalism and concern over my daughter was overwhelming. She also personally followed up directly with my daughter (to her delight) on how she was feeling a few days later.Earlier this year my teenage son was very sick with a respiratory infection after he barely started school and once again Dr Sham to the rescue. She saw him every few days to make sure his chest was clear and even did xrays to make sure.

Ive only had wonderful interactions with Dr Goldberg. She really takes the time to understand the problem and obviously has the expertise to manage it. She is a very talented young doctor who cares for people. Highly recommended!

Worth the wait for the depth of the interaction! I trust Doctor Shams completely, she is a dynamic doctor and has treated my whole family doctor for years. Importantly, she takes time to understand the lifestyle and circumstances of a patient and treats them holistically, focusing on prevention and cure. There are no quick fix prescriptions here!

I was very satisfied with the service Dr Goldberg gave me for a young doctor she really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable given the fact it was my first time with her I would recommend her any day ☺️

Doctors were amazing. The only reason I keep going back.Receptionist need to be more professional and understand that theyre dealing with patients. Communication between the lab and receptionist and then to myself and the doctor was horrible. Time management is also very bad. If I get an appointment for 5 oclock, and I get there 10min earlier, I expect to go in at 5 oclock not 20 minutes later.Disappointing service before seeing the doctor

Time management is terrible here. If you are in rush or expect your appointment time to be upheld. Dont come here. Save yourself time and patience.Receptionists are positively clueless. No customer service experience or satisfaction.

Dr Shams and Dr Goldberg have both been friendly and very competent. I would recommend either as trustworthy professionals.

I’ve been coming to this doctor since 2012 because it’s been convenient for me but every time I’m there they are running behind...all the damn time! When you ask why they aren’t managing their booking times better they tell you it’s because they have emergencies...like for the past 6 years I’ve been going there. I love doctor Shams but can’t be waiting for 45minutes to see a doctor when you’ve clearly booked! What is the point of booking then???I’m done now,my time is just as important.

Went to see a Dentist today, it was hardly 5 minutes i spent with the dentist, they did not do a good job and left me looking dirty with colgate all over my face.

Dr. Shams is an outstanding doctor who cares deeply about her patients. She is very professional, has a wealth of experience and is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients.She is our immediate go-to person for medical advice for our entire family! We have receive excellent service from her and highly recommend her.

I have called in to make an appointment to see the GP (Dr Shams, who I have seen before) and the receptionist asked for my last name - after giving it to her she confirmed other personal details so she obviously had my details on file from previous visits. She confirmed the time 12:00. I arrived 5 minutes before my booked appointment. When I got there I showed her my digital medical aid card and she told me to have a seat. After 40 minutes of waiting she asked me to go to the front to tell me that they do not take my medical aid. How? When I have used it there before. I would have preferred for her to tell me that on the phone when I made the appointment instead of wasting my time driving there and waiting in the reception area until kingdom come!!! The receptionist has been unprofessional, rude and incompetent each time I have been there, and obviously can not manage a doctors diary! Every time I have been there I have had to wait 30 minutes or more after my appointment time to see the GP/ Dentist.

Dr shams is an outstanding doctor who cares deeply for her patients. She always goes above and beyond to see that her patients are cared for and that their expectations are met . Im not worried about the health of my family as I trust Dr shams wealth of knowledge and experience!!!!

Dr Shams is an excellent doctor! Nightmare!!! What turned out to be a routine ear clean-up, turned into a nightmare. Ive been doing this several times at my doctor and though to do this at Dr. Shams, in lunchtime close to work. I left her office with enormous pain. went back. Got a prescription for pain. I am labelled as a problem patient.....and I cant hear a thing! Never ever returning there. NEVER.

The reception was so rude, both of them. I forgot my wallet at home and they refused ti get a cope from my dentist file. I had an appointment for 8:45 I only saw the doctor 10:15.

I dont see any point of booking, it never work had to wait for one hour to see a doctor, when i asked if the booking works or not i never recieved an answer from those two Zim recepionist. I am never going back again never.

Absolutely horrible service! They made me wait 45 minutes for my appointment. I understand there can be delays, but then give me a call and let me know. Unprofessional and disgusting.

The gp is not helpful. I had a test done a week ago. She said she couldnt help me until the results were in. She didnt even offer advice or reply to my emails. She received the results a day later and never contacted me. Its been 4 days, Ive called several times but shes always busy.

I had visited the medical center this past Thursday cause I had a bad reaction to something I ate, the medication that was prescribed helped with the pain of the allergies but it kept spreading , I called in at the doctors room as I was at work so i was unable to visit the medical center and received the best help over the phone from Dr Marriam Goldberg and the allergies disappeared the next day due to the cream she recommended . Thanks a Million Dr Goldberg

Its a square with shops, take outs , restaurants, postnet, boutiques. Convenient for a quick stop.

They never answer the phone. You could even die while it rings

It is completety useless to make a booking because u get here and wait for a whole bloody hour or more. This is ridiculous!! Got here at 17h20 and its now 18h25 and Im still waiting. Never coming here again

Constantly double booked, they require you to have an appointment even though the time is never honoured and the only payment option is cash.
