The service from the receptionists is absolutely appalling!!!! You get terrible service from the minute you step in, wait a while, only for the doctor to barely do a proper physical examination on your sick child. 2 minutes consultation after all the nonsense one has to sit through.

Reception service could do better. Nothing throws one off than bad service just as you enter

Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. Before leaving home, I called and asked if they work by appointment and the receptionist said no. I asked what time they closed since it was a Saturday and she said at 14:00. My son wasnt feeling well so I left home immediately (about a 2min drive). I got there at 12:45 and stood at reception to ask for assistance. Both ladies carried on speaking to one another until I asked if I could see the doctor, one of them asked the other what the time was and the answer was that it was 13:00. Then she turned to me and told me that they were closed. I explained how I called about 20 minutes before and asked when they closed and the response was 14:00. She exclaimed really loudly and rudly TWO O CLOCK, NEVER. YOU CALLED THE WRONG PLACE DARLING. Its at that point that I took my sick child and left and tried to locate another doctor. I dont recommend visiting this place at all. No one needs to be serviced by ill-mannered people. Especially when dealing with a crisis such as a sick 2year-old!

Been going to Dr Padiachy for years. His professional and caring towards his patients. Goes the extra mile to ensure you are healthy/ recovered. He dispenses his own medication which saves you from waiting in long queues at the pharmacy over and above waiting at the doctors rooms. So convenient especially when the little ones are sick. Will highly recommend him.
