These are the worse possible practice to deal with, the most rude staff you can get!
From the Doctor to the so called accounts woman (who knows nothing about accounts and believes its not her Job to inform you if there is an outstanding account. It apparently will come to us in our dreams) they are all absolutely unprofessional and aggorant. Its actually a joke. I will never go back to this practice.
Dr Khan is the new doctor at the practice and the 5 stars that I have given is for the doctor herself. She is absolutely brilliant, patient and takes her time to understand your symptoms as well as to get to know you. I was however flabbergasted by the receptionists attitude towards the doctor in the presence of my sister and I. She was absolutely rude to Dr Khan and her behaviour was disgusting. Not only because she was asked to assist the doctor but because she was in a hurry to go home. Lady, if this is the kind of behaviour you are going to portray to the doctore in front of her patients then you are in the wrong line of duty because working in a doctors practice requires patience and good manners. You are the face of the practice and it is your duty to make the patience feel at ease. If you come to work tired and irritable keep it to yourself, dont let your patience know because it is not our problem. Just put on a smile and carry on with your day. I also work with customers but I dont ever show them that I am having a bad day or that I dont feel like working...I suggest you find yourself a job where you can have your own way and away from people.
New doctor is absolutely unprofessional with no client service whatsoever. Been a client for more than 10 years. This is the last I will be going there!
The short doctor is Very interactive and pays attention to client condition.Receptionist also good helpful ladys.Total good experience.
Never available for after consult advice and the receptionists are lacking in communication skills-highly frustrating experience.
