This company has proved to be unscrupulous. We were sold a machine that did not perform the functions as specified. On inquiry, we were told that in order to get the functions that we expected and initially specified to us, we would have to modify the machine. We were not prepared to do this. It was accepted that we could return the machine for a refund. On returning the machine, we were advised that they were not prepared to issue a refund because the machine had been used.The fact that we had tried the machine was known because of the negotiations with the salesperson when attempting to get the machine to operate in the manner specified. We have been allowed no contact with the owner Rob Smith or the CEO who supposedly denied the refund. This has left us wondering whether they have been made aware of the dispute, or if they do not care about the input from the customer and that their staff are possibly making sales dishonestly.
