Safe and Secure Complex. Although there is alot of children that play in the streets as small as a year old and no adult supervision, some dont even get out the way when you are driving and just look at you. They scratch cars, steal emblems etc. Always making a big noise around other peoples houses.Recently there was a new security brought in. They are very strict when they see the children doing the wrong things. They are also helpful.The Estate Manager, Peter does the best of his ability to help but his efforts go unseen.

Its great place to live in neat and clean but with the new care taker that has been appointed it has become bad and very expensive to stay there, let me just stop there.

Good access control measures in place for this residential estate.

It is a great place to live and theres plenty of parking space the ace is fairly new and multiple apartments are still available and it is close to the highway

Quiet safe and accessible

CSI property rental agents does not pay back the costs deposit when you leave, watchout! They look for the tiniest mistakes so that they can deduct from the deposit. When you call the maintenance guys, they dont come or they ask you for money because theyre underpaid by CSI.

The flats are really small, only good for small families. Ample parking though.

Watch out for CSI rentals, note every little fault, no matter how minute, because they will charge you for it on your way out! Note and comment on EVERY point on the inspection sheet

Security standards in the estate have gone down. Sense of community and cleanliness is also on the decline.
