Requested damage report more than once for insurance. They never provided one. Came to repair a roller garage door that was stuck. They were done in 10-15 minutes. I paid R1400.00. Giving only 3 stars because I didnt receive a damage report. The garage door is working now, but I dont really know if the price was fair because I dont know what the job entails, so cant comment on that.

These guys are professional, courteous and efficient, called them to come install a garage door motor, within 30 minutes they were done, left the place clean, happy with the service 😊

After repeated requests for Louis to repair my garage door under warranty after work that he had done, he kept making promises to come out and kept on failing to arrive.Stay far away from this company and rather call in a professional.(Edit) The owner posted that he had made contact with me. Correct. He called to make an appointment to send someone to investigate the problem. His team failed to arrive. Then another promise again to come out. Same thing. Continued promises to come out followed by the client being stood up each time. Shocking service and customer care. Not good enough. My advice - stay away from Prestige Doors!

Must say had a several garage doors cc and not one could assist me with my door they all said it must be replaced and cant be repaired but Prestige repaired my door and it is working like a dream... thanks guys for your honesty and expierince
