Ive paid this store many visits and the stock doesnt seem to change. The Babys r us section within the store is lovely for parents needing nappies (always a good price I find), formula and other essentials. The toy section has variety, is neat but I never find what Im looking for. And end up force buying an item. Limited options in many categories - if your child is a boy. Generally, a fair experience.

Great store! Only problem that I had was that what I went to buy was out of stock and nobody could tell me when there would be more stock. Nevertheless, the store has great variety and I was pleasantly surprised by the low low prices and high quality of their merchandise. I spent almost 2 hours in there and enjoyed picking out gifts for my son. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone looking for good quality low priced things for kids and babies.

They have a huge variety of childrens toys and if they dont have something you want they always order it for you

Very disapointed with Toys R Us. Was assured that I could return the kiddies vmVolkano tablet I bought in case of problem by a sales advisor. When returning the product, I was told that I need to wait 2 weeks for the supplier of the product to assess the product first and confirm whether or not they accept the return). This practice is not even legal according to CPA.Also,this product is quite terrible (terrible screen quality and hardware, it takes 5 mintues to install an app and youtube videos are not playing smooth due to the poor hardware). Merry Christmas from Toys R us...never again.

Very bad service from the store manager !!! I bought my grandson a HULK figurine costing R500!!! Very expensive but it was his birthday and it broke - the foot came off after 2 days and he was not rough with it at all he is only 6 so my daughter came back to the store to swap for a new one and was told the supplier had to be contacted first!!! If we had got the toy at Pick n Pay or anywhere else there would have been no problem so I will not recommend Toys R us to anyone and I certainly will not be buying any more gifts there - Very dissapointing service there should be a manufacture guarantee in place esp at that price.

Large selection of toys, when they have sales the prices are good though their digital products Xbox PlayStation etc) are a bit expensive. Their own Reggies/ToysRus branded toy products are good quality and very well priced.The rewards card gives discounts although they dont advised what products so you dont know if you will get a discount or not

The customer service has been disappointing lately. Weve been looking for a baby high chair in a colour 3 of the stores didnt have in stock and non of them offered to check for us availability of stock in other stores. I found this to be very pathetic!
