Exellent service with nice to have communication. Did not talk to a computer, there is a body in the shop. We received our Futon in 26 hours. The quality is exellent. We found the handling and setting up the bed, a bit hard, due to our age. Handles on the 4 corners of the matras will help. (We are retired.)
