They do not answer their phones when they are called. I bought a few items online and picked up from the store. Because Im pregnant I asked for a packet instead of the box it came in to make it easier to carry. I was willing to pay for the extra packet. The cashier insisted I take a trolley instead.

Friendly staff, but because its a small shop they have limited choices in stock. Very convenient for a quick shop for essentials

Whatever you do... Do NOT ask any help from the employee named, Vuyo. What a rude and condescending person!!! Has no regard for his own job! Asked him for help... Without even looking he continued walking and told me out of stock... Found the item displaced about 4 shelves away!!! WOW!!!

Mr price home is generally a good store but 2/4 staff members that were on duty during the 26th of July 2020 by the campus square mrp home gave bad service to most of the customers. Myself and 4 of my friends went there to purchase a few things for our new apartment. We all went on different times as there were things we had forgotten yet all of us experienced bad service from the cashiers, the male cashier and one female cashier to be specific.

They close their doors 30 minutes before closing time 🤷‍♀️why write closes at 14:00 if you actually close at 13:30?
