We received such amazing service from Lots & Crates. We chose our furniture on the Saturday and it was all delivered on the Monday. James, from Lots and Crates, kept us in the loop the whole morning up until our furniture was delivered. We received everything in perfect condition, carefully wrapped. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, good prices, good quality bought a lounge suite a few weeks ago, it was delivered an hour later to our home and assembled.

I went into the store yesterday looking for a silver mirror. The young black men were very friendly & helpful. However, the young white boy did not even greet me. He is not doing me any favours. I thetefore went elsewhere. Lost a customer.
