Absolutely amazed by the service! Michael helped so much! They were all friendly and very accommodating even when we got the wrong size couch for our house. Quick turn around times and always a pleasure to deal with them! Also a much better selection than most places we went and saw, with different variations of each piece.

I had a most positive experience dealing with Raymond at Furniture Warehouse. I ordered two garden benches online. The next morning I had a response with a quote. Within two days I had my benches delivered and placed in my garden. Thank you Raymond for making it happen.

My advice is stay away from this place. After 6 six weeks, the only good thing that came out of my horrible experience with this store was a refund. They have absolutely no customer service, none, zero, zilch!!! Be prepared to make countless calls to them with no reply back! Waited for a bed for 8 weeks. No phone call, no follow up at all from the salesman. When i went to follow up i am greeted with very unprofessional behaviour and no interest in their customers. Made to feel like a second class citizen. It will be interesting to see if I will get my bed tomorrow

Unfriendly, slow service. Cyril is very unreliable, and another consultant there thinks that customers are stupid enough to believe his bs. They charge for things they say they will not charge you for. If you want the big brands in furniture and appliances, I highly recommend Tafelberg Furnishers (Hillfox). They go above and beyond to please the customer. For custom made wooden furniture, I suggest you go across the road to Mistrys - also great customer service.

Very poorly manufactured stuff. Its cheap. The furniture will be defective. There will be holes in the leather. They will replace it. But it will be come back weeks or months later. The delivery people will hit your appliances and knock holes into them and they will deny it. The manager will believe them and refuse to sort the appliances out without you referring the matter to another branch. Stay away from this unprofessional company!
