WORST EXPERIENCE EVERBought a white dining suit in Aug at Essops Carnival Mall and was told it was out of stock after I made my last payment and the new stock will arrive end of September and that did not happen went to the store and was told this and that. Finnaly stock arrived in Nov and was informed that I will receive my order, but to cut the story short they delivered wrong items twice in a space of 2 weeks. Ive been in contact with shop and the head office and I was told different stories by both parties. I sent them an email requesting my money back and was told its going to take 15days to be processed so Im still waiting for my refund. Poor service shame
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!i ORDERED AN OTTOMAN FROM ESSOPS CARNIVAL MALL AND MADE PAYMENT ON 30/06/2020. ON 02/07/2020 AN EMPLOYEE CONFIRMED THAT HE RECEIVED PAYMENT AND THE PROCESS STARTED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS MADE ON ORDER AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE 3 WEEKS - NO PROBLEM!!! IT IS NOW 12/08/2020 - I AM ON MY 4TH CONTACT PERSON IN THE STORE AS EACH PERSON BEFORE THAT - INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER WAS FINDING OUT FOR ME YET NOT ONE OF THEM GOT BACK TO ME! I SAID I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR MY OTTOMAN AND I WAS ANSWERED THAT THERE HAS NOT BEEN WORD OF WHEN MY OTTOMAN WILL BE READY! *COMPLETELY DISGUSTED IN THIS PATHETIC SERVICE AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!
