This my second time buying from them. First was 2015 its was ok but not epic. Second time now 2020 bought more or less the same size. The frame weight doubled. Strong frame! We had a few issues and times it had to go back but corona affected us all and Jen was absolutely amazing!!! I am super happy. Fab furniture has come a long way. I Complained in the beginning now its a different story. Very happy 😊

Bought couches from these guys in March 2021 and starting to tear already.Quality is really bad, it looks and feels like cheap labor.

Jane you are a disgrace- heartless woman- you should be ashamed of your self -how do you sleep at night knowing that you are robbing people of their hard earned money..... its been over 6 months waiting for my refund !!! U deserve a ZERO rating. South Africa be very very careful these people are unscrupulous thugs !!!!

Hi All - This company has been taking the public for a ride for far too long. Its time that people stop getting robbed by FAB. I have lodged a complaint with the consumer watchdog ref number Y4LQVXP9 . All those who have not receive their refunds lets join hands in bringing them down.

I am absolutely disappointed with this firm. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I too have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my couch. No one knows whats going on when you call. I call over and over and the line is engaged. No one seems to care about customer service as they dont keep their clients informed. Ive paid a deposit and now feel so confused. Do I have to resort to wasting petrol to go to the factory to see what is going on? Please, be careful when buying from this firm. One star is not a good enough review, I would like to give them a zero rating. Very disappointing 😐😒😡

Extremely poor services. I have made payments for a ghost. It is now 4 months and still waiting for my couch. I spoke to Jane and Cynthia they are just useless. The whole company is useless. I cant take it anymore. I want a refund. This company doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Its ZERO from me.

Terrible service received from the Germiston branch.I ordered a lounge suite in April 2019, we are now in December 2019 and I still dont have my couches.The telephone lines just ring. Stanley only responds to say Customer services will phone you.we popped in at the branch and were quickly notified that they do not have any information and we must contact the officeA lady named Cynthia sent me a whats app to say she will give me feedback next week - This was in October.To date I have not heard from her and she does not respond to my messages.The telephone lines just ringIs this a real company or have i been scammed? Surely there should be someone who would have had the decency to phone me and advise me where the delay is and when i can expect my stuff? But NOTHING

Terrible and shocking service. Im not sure yet if this is a scam but they have been paid and still no delivery. If you want to learn how to make excuses go see them they have them all

I have never in my life had such bad service! No one ever comes back to you. I am still sitting without my furniture going on 6 weeks now. Unless you get in your car and drive there no one calls you back. Where is the owner? No one will let you talk to him/her. The salesman is very pleasant, however he cant help at all.

Absolutely the worst service I ever received.1 star is to good,it should be a 0.I waiting almost 7 months for my furniture and all I receive is promises.They never return your calls and also promises photos of the progress but nothing.Try to support local but very poor service.This is a never ending battle.
