The service from Island Fresh has improved dramatically! There was a slump where items received were expired or close to it - but if you lodged a complaint, it was dealt with immediately. No questions asked. Each delivery is packed with care, and much attention to detail. You will be hard pressed to find the quality that Island Fresh has, at beyond reasonable prices. With next day delivery too.

This online store advertised butter at a special price (no disclosure.wrt the expiry date), I bought 5 of them and they all expire in 6 days . My previous order with them some items where missing , I had to take a number of pictures to prove to them the items did not arrive. Only then was the matter resolved.

Thank you Island fresh. After there were issues with my order not being delivered because of it being out of the delivery coverage, you assisted me quickly for the refund. I hope in the future you will consider widening the delivery coverage as I want to support you, your produce really is good quality and value for money.

I have been shopping with Island Fresh for nearly six months now. The quality of produce and service was very good initially but has deteriorated over time. I have experienced that if you order anything in bulk, the order does not have fresh produce, feels like they clear old stock. I have received response from them twice before for sending stale produce for which they refunded the amount. This time though, they delivered an incomplete order, did not bother to reply back or refund.Though I really enjoyed the fresh produce and the prices, going back and forth for an order is very time consuming and annoying especially if its a bi-monthly affair. Sadly, will have to look for alternate services.

This is not my first time using Island fresh, i am not impressed that you are selling a product like fresh milk with a Use Before day of the 14.03.2021 i received delivery of my order Thursday 11.03.2021in the afternoon. i opened the milk yesterday and it is sour, that is very disappointing. the fact that the milk was sour before the use by date is even more disappointing. we have had this problem before with Island fresh and the produce that was not fresh was replaced, will post on how this is resolved. Can still recommend buying from them, just check everything and dont accept anything that is not up to scratch!!

Given all the wonderful reviews I Definitely wanted to try their products but the delivery range is very limited.I placed an order and paid for it but they dont deliver in Pretoria north. So Im still awaiting my refund and they didnt even Send confirmation that my account details were received when I sent the details for my refund

Great veggies and herbs, got my two deliveries, but then 3de delivery was cancelled due to 2 kilo zone difference between Botanical Gardens and Kilnerpark. I am still waiting for my refund and no corresponding email when I will receive my refund. No contact number on the site either to contact you.
