Poor service, I had a dog bite that needed urgent attention but the ladies at the front desk kept me waiting wile they were talking and laughing very loud. Neither of them told me why or what I was waiting for.

I went there at 5weeks pregnant got checked up told the doctor i was bleeding and she said i can go home all was well.she gave folic acids.the at 11 weeks i went back for a scan for the first time and got a different doctor he was extremely rude because i was told to go in and he was expecting someone else instead. Told him my abdomen was painful and temder he proceeded to press on it and asked me if i wanted the scan or not.very rude.we then found out i had miscaried.he booked me for a DNC came back for it and got a different Doctor he did the DNC without any local anasthetic was extremely painful and weeks after that i was still bleeding .went back and got a digfferent Doctor she was not happy to hear what had happened told me the DNC was not done properly so i still had remains of products of conception.she reffered me to a hospital for proper treatment thanks to that Doctor becase after my MVA at a different facility all was well but the afterveffects were horrible i had lost too much blood from all the bleeding when having the miscarriage , after the DNC And after the MVA.i would not advice anyone to come here for serious issues like that.i wish i could remember all their names includint the 1Doctor who actually advised i go elsewhere for better treatment and proceedures.

The service is so poor, when to the clinic with what I have been using for my son fr the pass 2 month and their not working. The Dr did not even check him but just wrote same medication for me to buy, what a waste of money and unprofessional doctors.
