I am in Scotland and wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in Bryanston for her 70th birthday. After looking on-line, I found Sloane Florists. Their website was so easy to use, and there was such a wonderful range of possibilities at very acceptable prices. Chose the flowers I liked, wrote the wording for the accompanying card, paid, and that was it. Super easy. My friend was surprised and delighted, she Whats Apped me with a photo of the flowers she received and they were perfect, exactly what I had wanted. I cannot recommend Sloane Florists more highly, and will certainly use them again when I want to send flowers in the Joburg area. Thank you to the Sloane Florists team - you are all floral artists!!

Lovely bouquet delivered on time, so disappointing it didnt look anything like the one I ordered from the site - specifically wanted purple (as per pic on left) and they were mostly orange (right pic).

I was terribly disappointed in their carelessness as I made an order from the UK for a order that was meant to be their deluxe arrangement and it turned out to be just a regular order short of a couple of roses. When I made an enquiry first I was not offered an apology, then the explanation was very disappointing Oh the roses must have broken during transportation, to add injury to the insult, Oh we can send them a few more roses. That is just taking a piss. I must be fair and give them three stars for punctuality.

After seeing that this florist had such amazing reviews we decided that we would give them a try. much to our disappointment, they did not get the message on the card correct and the roses ordered were completely wilted the next morning.

Amazing service from this wonderful florist , I am in the UK and wanted flowers sending quickly I read the reviews here and knew I made the right choice. Theres only a few simple things necessary to get a flower delivery correct, and Sloane Florists failed on all three: 1) Delivered on the wrong day; 2) Delivered without the messages; 3) Delivered to the wrong address. The only thing they did efficiently was take my money. Never ever ever again.

Flowers were well arranged and looked good. They were also delivered timeously. They lost a star due to not being delivered in an aquapack as mentioned on the site and there was no plant food supplied as also stated.

Admittedly, I am very weary of florists in general because I have had many bad experiences. That being said, Sloane florists delivered exactly what I ordered, on time, and wonderful quality. My only complaint is that their communication could have been a bit better (I ordered via their online store for my moms birthday and didnt receive any confirmation until emailing and calling a few times). Nonetheless, the flowers were fresh, beautiful, speedily delivered and I would definitely go with Sloane florists again.

Ordered up a funeral posy & basket from the U.K. to be delivered on the day of the funeral. The process was very easy & website easy to navigate.Although I didnt get to see the flowers sent, I did get an email confirming the time & date they were delivered. It resolved the quandry of how to get flowers to the funeral, when we were half way across the world, and also took the worry out of a sad occasion.Highly recommended & a pleasure to deal with!

Excellent service, I used whatsapp for my call for help, for an emergency same day delivery. Gary had saved the day for me for the second time.On both these occasions the bouquets were large and both to arrive at an approximate times and Gary surpassed my expectations and the bouquets were absolutly beautiful. I know this because I asked Gary to take a picture for me on whatsapp before being delivered so i had an idea of what it looked like.The first emergency bouquet was to a restaurant for a guest eating there. I was very disappointed with what was delivered to celebrate the arrival of a little baby boy. The arrangement arrived in a neon green pot, with pink roses. I carefully chose a arrangement with blue and creamy tones in a white/light pot from the website. While I understand florists may need to substitute for certain flowers, a brief call or email to discuss options would have resulted in a much happier customer. It was meant to be a special delivery for a friend in another city, and I am almost embarrassed by what was delivered. I chose Sloane Florists because I like supporting independent shops, not only the big Netflorists of the world. Next time I wont take the chance.

I dont usually write reviews but i am very upset by my experience with your florist. Firstly i am in another country so all i have is to rely on what Im told will be sent. I wanted some beautiful flowers sent to my mom on her birthday as she is very special to me, not only did the flowers get sent at the very end of the day but was delivered in a flimsy cheap basket paper bag that didnt hold the flowers upright, and the bouquet was half the size of what it was priced at. I was later told when i enquired about the flowers that there were deductions from the money that pay for delivery, etc so then why offer a bouquet that isnt the size you offer? and why not mention that when we purchase the product! So needless to say i was quite livid to hear and see what she got. You should take more pride in your arrangements and service, these gifts are for special occasions and are made to make the people feel special. Some people arent there with their loved ones so when we send gifts we expect what we pay for and thats is quality and great customer service.

I ordered these flowers from Ireland for delivery to an elderly friend ina retirement village in Bryanston, Johannesburg who was celebrating her 95th Birthday. Unfortunately I did not get to see them as her son did not send any photos as yet.
