Gym is great and is very clean and tidy... Booking system to train to manage covid based restrictions, so you can always train with a bit more space to your side. All in all good gym, friendly staff and great equipment...

This gym is just one of those places where you walk in and you just feel at home the staff is friendly helpful the classes they give is great my wife really enjoyed the morning classes it was just a great workout. I on the other hand loved the weights always a friendly face to give advice or to chat. They have newly build place. With some of the greatest coffee I have tasted. All in all its a great place to workout with friendly staff. If you are thinking of looking at a gym ... this must be on one of your stops...

I definitely not recommend them, youll regret the day you do..... rather spend tiny bit extra and go to Virginia active over the road, or there are number of amazing private gyms close by.They do not adhere to there terms and cancelation of a month to month contract, youll struggle to get out of it.They are extremely hostile & unfriendly & do not know how to deal with customers.... somehow they feel they are superior.They will even go as far as illegal trying to list you for something you do not have or owe and want nothing to do with.Furthermore, large majority of the reviews on facebook & and social that are direct in the public eye are friends, family and people that either work or have worked there.... they will deny it flat even when its obvious & can be proven.I will be taking this further to let customers know the pitfalls of joining this attrotious gym! Also will be seeing what i can do to let various covid councils know they did not abide during lockdown & doubt they follow correct protocols either, with lot of damaged unsanitary equipment (ripped and im sure riddled with germs in the ripped sponge)They will actually even go as far as to try insult you from spelling to deformation on the responses to bad reviews pretending to be another customer when actually its friends, family & work colleages

Very impressed at the professionalism of myGym. Despite the COVID closure, the team went out out of their way to accommodate their clients and even upon opening this week, everything was handled so well from bookings to cleanliness. Entirely grateful to the Management and team! Companies should take a leaf out of their page!!!

Facilities are decent.However after receiving an email reminding people to disinfect equipment after use due to health concerns Id expect the gym to actually CLEAN the equipment too.This is the second day in a row Ive complained about the DISGUSTING state of the machines. I spray and wipe before I use any equipment and its totally off putting.Your health is important to us! was the title of the email sent. Seeing the lack of basic sanitary procedures makes this email total BS.Just look at my towel after cleaning handles of a treadmill, and 3 other machines...

Worst gym on the planet.They come with this nonsense that says you can only cancel via email when I never even signed anything in regards to any ts and cs that state that, that is the only manner in which you can cancel your contract.They are still taking money from me even though its been an entire year that I canceled the membership verbally (keep in mind that this is the first time I am hearing that you can only cancel via email, never before was this stated to me.)I wouldnt recommend going here.

The people in this gym have absolutely no communication skills, they are unprofessional!We tried to cancel this monthly contract of theirs but its impossible, weve told them we wont be coming back then they just keep taking the money out my account!The main reason for cancellation is when we started at the gym, we had an agreement on one fee, now they just increase the fee without notice, which is actually a breach of contract!

Brilliant gym. Great staff who make you feel at home. This is a much better place than the big chains. The people who go here are all shapes and sizes and it doesnt feel like a place you might get judged.

The owners response email was just as pathetic as the managers attitude

Well I loved it for reason theyve got this spa bath. Which you lay in it, for about half an hour, And it really relaxing you and it feels like you in heaven.

Great priced gym will great equipment. 3.5 stars because all the weights is not in a good condition and everything is still the same after all the years. Upgrade weights and it will be 5 stars

Second time I arrive in the morning and they are not open as per there opening and closing times on Google. they say they open at 4:30 and its already 6am.frustrating

Dont fall for the LIE of no contract/month to month gym and make sure to read their t&cs before signing the contract. Ignorant staff. Wont recommend MyGym to anyone. Virgin Active or ANY of the gyms across the road or around the mall would be a MUCH better option.

Its was refreshing.

Quality equipment seen at most internationally accredited gyms. Not all the fancy distracting whistles of a VA but you get solid results. A plus is its clean and hygenic

MyGym has upped their game with new facilities. Id really recommend it to anyone whod like to join a gym, at the fraction of what other gym companies charge.

The gym is great but as a student who uses public transportation it would be ideal if I left some of my gym gear at the gym instead of carrying a big bag to and from my lectures.

Excellent service, great environment to focus on fitness. Offers lockers in the restrooms, studio, treadmills, stationary bikes, circuit, machines, loose weights, rowing machines etc. Clean facilities.

A separate room for kids with a helper will be much better than those couches
