Competitive prices and fast delivery. We called them on a Sunday morning and they delivered that same afternoon when other firewood suppliers couldn’t. Prices were also very competitive. Having been disappointed with the quality of firewood provided by our previous supplier last winter, I Googled other suppliers and amongst many, came across Firewood Africa. Although the website ordering was a little trickier than most I persevered and messaged the site. Patrick responded within half an hour and gave me a whats app contact number to send our order. All was simple after that, our proforma was emailed, payment completed and we received our delivery within 48 hours. Patrick communicated with me throughout, and the quality of wood and kindling is a very high , so well priced and packed in manageable bags and is slow burning for our closed fireplces. I highly recommend Firewood Africa, and commend Patrick on his professional manner and client service.

After being unhappy with the service from my previous supplier, I decided to give Patrick a go, even though he was not the cheapest option . He was extremely efficient and was able to to a full bakkie load delivery within 2 days of the order. He also personally delivered the wood, which was properly dried (unlike previous supplier). I even joked that his friends were posting reviews, but he is the real deal. A few days after delivery he dropped me a message to check that I was satisfied with the quality. Great customer service and delivery. Worth every penny.

Wood seems to be good quality and service fairly quick. Take the weight of the bluegum bags with a pinch of salt, it says 8kgs on the website but I didnt weigh a single bag above 6.5kgs. The black wattle weights seem more accurate at around 8kgs per bag, so worth the slightly higher price
